Order of the Raven - About Us
Order of the Raven is a dedicated end-game raiding guild based of the Aggramar-US (PvE) server. As one of the oldest guilds on the server, Order of the Raven has prided itself on being able to progress and defeat the some of the most difficult end-game content without more then 3-4 hours a night on raiding. We pride ourselves on short and efficient raids that display progress and excellent teamwork, and it shows as Order of the Raven has remained the furthest progressed end-game guild on Aggramar since vanilla World of Warcraft.
Guild Rules
All members of Order of the Raven are held to the following standards:
- Respect is paramount to the foundation of the guild. Respect for the leadership, for the fellow members, and for all players that we interact with. If you want to be respected as a player, one must show respect as well, therefore each member of Order of the Raven treats all players with the utmost respect and courtesy, whether it be in matters of praise or criticism, we all respect each other.
- Commitment to end-game raiding and progression. As this is the main goal of our guild, of course all of our members will commit themselves to the highest level of dedication to helping the guild achieve and defeat difficult encounters in World of Warcraft. This includes and is not limited to attendance, consumables, enchants, gear selection, gemming, and talent specs. Every member is expected to put forth whatever effort they can to help benefit the raid, and by extension the guild, by whatever means that they can (within reason of course).
- Last but most importantly, we all are dedicated to having an awesome and enjoyable time with each other. This is a game and as such we should all be having fun and playing because we love the game. We encourage everyone to always bring a positive attitude to the raids so that we can have a 'hulk smashin fun time' defeating the most difficult encounters in World of Warcraft!

Loot System
Order of the Raven utilizes a Loot Council based system to distribute loot in our raids. Our officers use factors of attendance, talent spec, last loot wins, as well as the overall benefit that item will bring to future raids. We have used this system since the guilds inception and we have yet to have any problems result from it. It is a tried and true system that helps to bring the best benefits to our guild.
